Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Lethix offers free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the eligible shipping areas.

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive after it has shipped.

Processing times are separate from transit times. Lethix is not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, when available. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Lethix is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at our customer support email so we can help resolve the issue.
